Casper and Runyon’s isn’t just a nook, it’s more of a hole-in-the-wall.
That being said, it also serves some of the most delicious burgers around. After dinner, shoot some pool, throw some darts or just relax with a cold pitcher of beer. While it was once a smoky den, the ban now keeps the Nook’s air fresh and clean.

The burgers are great. My friends and I thought the Jucy Lucy has too much cheese. Today I got the monster wings for a change. It was the smallest order of wings I have gotten anywhere, and the wings were the smallest also, 9 bucks at a place the burgers and fries are 6. I rate this place as my favorite regular burger place, and I would never order anything other than that again. I would also rate this place as my favorite place for fries. I do not berate this place lightly. I felt totally ripped off today with the wings.
We heard about the Nook on the food network and decided to check it out and it was great. Pub food at its best. I had the stuffed cheesburger. It was juicy the cheese was delicious. We have tried othe juicy lucys that were dry and over done, the nooks burgers were fresh hot and oozzing with cheese.The Nook was well worth a trip across town. Our sever was very friendly and the service was great. It was one of the best places we have been to in a long time.
