My boyfriend and I didn't expect a lot out of this place in terms of food or service but ended up with maybe the worst server in Mpls. When our surly server finally showed up after 10-15 min of waiting, we were starving. I got soup and my BF got a slice of pizza as an app. The pizza came with our meals and the soup didn’t come at all. The manager who brought the food came back with soup and we had like, forty things to eat at one time. I had an empty water glass for most of my meal and my bf gave up on ordering another beer. We're not a demanding couple but we had to flag our waitress down for everything: ketchup, water 2x, the bill... The whole ordeal took 30-40 minutes longer than it should have—and the food actually came fast. As a former server myself, I am usually forgiving even when I get bad service but this was rrreally bad.
