Pei Wei Asian Diner is a casual restaurant from the P.F. Chang's franchise, with a menu sampling from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and China. Fold a few lettuce wraps with chicken and shitake mushrooms into your mouth and move on to one of their noodle dishes or signature entrees. The Blazing Noodles and the Thai Dynamite are always a hit, although even the hottest spice levels are kept within Midwestern tolerance.
