Fogo de Chão is a new addition to the Minneapolis scene. This upscale Brazilian steakhouse serves fifteen cuts of fire-roasted meats during lunch and dinner. Operating under the espeto corrido, or "continuous service," philosophy, the servers are constantly replenishing your table with cheese breads, fried bananas, crispy hot polenta and creamy mashed potatoes. Slice after slice of tender meat will also land on your plate throughout your meal. Even if you are a serious, card-carrying carnivore, you might want to try the fresh salad and side dish buffet for a protein break. Use the green card on your table if you want to try more of whatever the gaucho-dressed servers are carrying around. Use the red card when you start going into a food coma.
User Reviews
Be prepared to leave in a meat-induced food coma. Also, the salad bar alone is worth checking this place out.
Easily one of the best meals I have ever had! The service was exceptional and the drinks were great. It was worth every dollar spent.
We visited here after spend several days at a conference in the city, what a great way to end our week. The service was fantastic and the food wonderful. We are now planning to make this our 1st dinner in the city this year when we are there.
