This is a fun place to go whether you're a Minnesota native or just in town for a few days. HauteDish takes classic Minnesota dishes and puts their own twist on them. I had the mac and cheese which was 5 big noodles topped with some kind of crab sauce - deeelish! I also tried my friend's tater tot hot dish which was also pretty delectable. It's worth checking out especially if looking for a good place to go before a night out in downtown.
