With a décor any cowpoke would love, it feels right to have a burrito and wash it down with a crisp margarita. The city of Abilene, TX lent its name to the Uptown establishment with a southwestern flare, Bar Abilene.  Located just across the alley from the Lagoon Theater, the restaurant serves a cuisine known as Cowboy Fusion.  Using dishes based on the American Southwest and including international elements like Asian wasabi, they have created award winning entrees. On weekends, the bar is packed with Uptowners, usually with a line out the door.
